Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Raavi Jewelry. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. To initiate a return, please email us at raavijewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once worn. Custom or personalized orders are also non-returnable. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition. Please contact us at hello@raavijewelry.de to arrange an exchange.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at raavijewelry@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
