Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €50 within Germany.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

 

Germany: Standard shipping (DHL) — €2.99 | 2–4 business days

European Union: Standard shipping — €7 | 5–10 business days

Free shipping above €60 within EU

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
